Purpose of Establishment：

    The complexity of medical operations is much higher than that of general industries. The use of information technology to improve patient safety is the current development trend of global medical and nursing clinical information. Information technology is a protective net against human error, and medical information is moving towards the cloud with the trend of the times. Medical staff need to provide long-term medical care for hospitalized patients, and the successor must have a clear understanding of the records provided by the previous shift to avoid medical disputes caused by human negligence.

    Nursing information system assists nursing staff to smoothly advance from nursing station operations to clinical nursing operations, and perform physiological monitoring, nursing assessment, nursing planning and drug administration operations, reducing the complicated process and time for nursing staff to travel between nursing stations and wards, anytime, anywhere. Control the patient's condition and perform medical care management, provide complete information exchange among medical team members, help improve communication with patients and their families, and make nursing operations more efficient. In addition to greatly improving the quality of nursing medical records and the integrity of patient care, the cloud-based Nursing Information System (NIS) is also conducive to teaching and research. It is a powerful tool for enhancing competitiveness for both nursing students and clinical medical staff.

1. Monitoring Management System：Provide patient and bed status monitoring.

2. Process Management System：Provide PIT historical usage record query.（Query the usage records of the PIT Terminal in each ward, query the usage records of the PIT console in this nursing station, and have system logs and usage statistics charts）

3. Report：Print the patient's physiological data records and statistical charts, print usage logs and statistical charts.

4. Data Management System：Photos of medical staff, health education information, system link information.

5.Reporting System：Satisfaction survey summary table, nurse bell response timeliness statistics table, drip bell response timeliness statistics table.
